Week 3 Pilot Evidence
A factual summary of the available Week 3 paired responses and the limits of this small pilot.
The Week 3 pilot included 8 consented participants. Three project activities had been conducted by the Week 3 review.
For Q1, self-reported comfort discussing ethnicity increased from an average of 3.29/5 before the dialogue to 4.43/5 afterwards among the paired numeric responses. Reported movement: +1.14. Sensitivity range: +0.86 to +1.14. The range reflects reconstructed lower-confidence pairings after participant-code failures.
Four participants improved, three were unchanged, and none decreased.
These results come from a small pilot and should not be presented as proof of wider population impact.
